President and CEO

Mary Fran Ebersole, Esq.

Ms. Ebersole has over 40 years of professional experience in the field of law and government contracting. She sets the strategic direction for FSS and ensures that we continue our success and growth. Ms. Ebersole oversees all aspects of FSS’s operations including contracting and risk management and ensures we remain strong as a company to be a lasting services provider for our customers.

G. Keith Ebersole

Mr. Ebersole brings over 40 years of government contracting experience to all that FSS does. He manages the day to day operations of FSS under the direction of the President and CEO. Mr. Ebersole stresses quality and on time delivery for all FSS endeavors. Customer satisfaction is key to the success of FSS and Mr. Ebersole manages the customer relationships creating lasting business for the company.

Business Development Strategist

Terry Bura

Mr. Bura has over 25 years of experience in information technology, business development, and systems analysis. He leads complex technical and communications initiatives, with expertise in systems integration, software development, and project and proposal management. His background includes surveillance and command-and-control systems, as well as field work supporting government IT objectives in the U.S. and internationally. Mr. Bura also brings extensive experience in military and civilian air traffic management and aviation systems, supporting agencies such as the USAF, FAA, and Department of State.

Director of Program Management

Tate Jackson, PMP

Mr. Jackson has over 35 years of experience managing projects and programs for government and Non-Profit organizations. Mr. Jackson is responsible for injecting and overseeing project discipline for consistent quality delivery across all FSS programs. He is a Project Management Institute (PMI) Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Director of Technology

Shanti Kuppili

Ms. Kuppili serves as Director of Technology at FSS Government Solutions, bringing extensive experience in IT systems, business process analysis, and agile project delivery. Her background includes supporting complex technology initiatives and operational systems. She is skilled in technical analysis, systems integration, and process optimization, with a focus on delivering efficient, mission-driven solutions in government and enterprise environments.
